The intensive outpatient program (IOP) at The Recovery Village Indianapolis aids patients in transitioning from onsite residency to independent living within the community. During the IOP, patients partake in multiple hours of addiction rehab therapies weekly, focusing on addressing the emotional and mental aspects of addiction and any co-occurring disorders.

What to Expect In Our IOP
It can take more than an acute treatment program or hospitalization to heal from substance abuse. Our IOP offers comprehensive daytime therapy to prepare you for life in recovery.
IOP patients participate in at least nine hours of therapy each week. You’ll meet with medical professionals, work through one-on-one sessions with your therapist, and attend skills-based group therapy sessions focused on developing strategies for everyday sober living.
